OUR OBJECTIVES

The methods used and developed by Process Intelligence are simple, effective and efficient, and are relatively easy to implement. The most important method / principle is to concentrate on the 20% who deliver 80% of the results.

Select the best. In the Continuous Improvement space for example, there is this big competition if Six Sigma or Lean is the better methodology. In our experience, none of them. Lean is about incremental change and waste, these principles are very valuable for Continuous Improvement Projects, where Six Sigma is more for Step Innovation, but both methodologies lack in their integration into a digital world.
Most importantly, we want to pick what is best, and we do also want to only use the 20% of the methodology what delivers 80% of the value.

Process Intelligence meaning

Term Process is a series of actions or steps taken in order to achieve a particular end (e.g. Create order -> end is Order is created). Everything is a process, and you can decide to actively manage them, or just hope it will work.
Term Data - a series of steps or actions taken in a software that creates data
(e.g. enter Customer address, Customer price, etc.)

Term Intelligence is the ability to acquire and apply knowledge, skills and intelligent software solution by using useful information to analyze, predict and manage your organisational outcomes.
Capability to efficiently and effectively analyze and respond to any complex events.

The combination of Process and Intelligence describes the capability and capacity of an organisation for understanding its ecosystem with all its complexities. To learn over time, evolve, and to continuously respond to events in a holistic and sustainable manner.
