The founder of  Process Intelligence, Matt Mueller is working for more than 20 years in the area of Business Process Management, as consultant and advisor. 
The two missing pieces where:

  •  a new way to integrate culture and make culture measurable, to create a holistic, transformational approach.

  • have a powerful toolset to harvest As Is processes from IT systems, analyse the variants, update processes and automate them on your fingertip, and transform them to a company dashboard to transform your organisation.

The founder of Organic Intelligence, Hamid Soltani and Matthias Mueller collaboratively joined forces in 2021 to create a new paradigm of thinking and principles that could fundamentally reshape the current management practices in how they can define, measure and manage complex organisations holistically.

This intriguing name "Organic and Process Intelligence", incapsulates their lifelong professional vision of finding a holistic and sustainable solutions to improve / transform organizations to the desired state, by developing organizational capabilities for intelligent realization of your strategic visions, embedded in their individual culture.
